Coming soon Setup guides for iPhone and iPadHow to sign in to the app
The app uses your FreeVPNNet account: the same email and password you use to sign in on this website.
-
1
Have a FreeVPNNet account
Create a free FreeVPNNet account on this website, or use the one you already have. Confirm your email with the link we send you; the app cannot connect before that.
-
2
Sign in with email and password
In the app, choose Sign in and type the email and password of your FreeVPNNet account.
-
3
Connect
The app picks a server for you; you can choose another location. Each free session lasts 2 hours. You can start up to 3 sessions a day.
A VPN configuration is not an app login
Usernames and passwords from a VPN configuration are for setting up a VPN by hand in other apps (OpenVPN, WireGuard, L2TP and so on). They do not work on the FreeVPNNet app's sign-in screen; use your FreeVPNNet account email and password. The app does not use your points.
Signed up with Google?
A Google sign-up has no password yet. Sign in to the website with Google, open Profile → Set a password once, then use your email and that password in the app.
Free and Premium in the app
Free plan: the free locations. Each free session lasts 2 hours. You can start up to 3 sessions a day.
Premium plan: every location and no time limit. The Premium plan is bought on this website and also applies in the app. See Premium
Installing
Android
Open the downloaded file to install. Android asks once to allow installs from your browser; that is normal for apps downloaded outside the Play Store.

Windows
Run the installer and follow the steps. Windows may ask you to confirm the install because the app changes network settings.

Mac
Open the DMG and drag FreeVPNNet into Applications. The first time you connect, macOS asks you to allow the VPN in System Settings.
